OPTIX Sports provides AI-powered football video analysis tools, including play recognition, playbook extraction, tendency analysis, and tactical intelligence features. Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the video content you upload to OPTIX. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your content with third parties without your permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

OPTIX Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI analysis results are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for tactical decisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
